​We are a small team, passionate about food, its provenance, how it’s made, and we love to celebrate the seasons. Our commitment is simple: to use the freshest natural ingredients, sourcing locally wherever possible. That means fresh-from-the-market vegetables, no pointless packaging, fewer food miles, less waste, and stronger support for our local economy through trusted suppliers.

Our beef comes from the High Peak, often from the foothills of Kinder Scout. We work with a local dairy that sources milk from farms across the Peak District and surrounding areas. We only ever use free-range eggs, and we absolutely love Longley Farm Jersey butter — the star ingredient in our brownies and all our bakes.

Caring for the environment matters to us, too. We recycle, we compost and do our absolute best to keep landfill waste to a minimum, because the planet deserves a slice of care as well.

Above all, we put a whole lot of love into everything we make. Every pie, cake, and dish that leaves our kitchen is packed with flavour, pride, and a generous dollop of High Peak heart.
